Belmont September Home Sales Range From $710,000 to Nearly $2.5 Million
Belmont recorded 19 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Prices were available for nine of them, ranging from $710,000 for a Cross Street condo to $2,481,500 for a Hillside Terrace home, with a median of $1,365,000. The remaining 10 sales, including several trust and family transfers, have no price on file yet; that's typical of registry data lag, not a disclosure issue. Six of the nine priced sales fell between $1 million and $2 million, with two topping $2 million. No street saw more than one sale this period.
