Belmont Home Sales Range From $750,000 To $2.5 Million In August
Belmont recorded 17 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Eleven sales disclosed a price, ranging from $750,000 to $2.5 million, with a median of $1,305,000. The period's top sale was 35 Richardson Rd at $2.5 million, sold July 31 by Lawrence David Warren Schmidt and Pamela Schmidt to Kathy Huynh and Albert Dao, both as trustees. Shaw Road and Grove Street each saw two recorded sales. Six transfers, all without a disclosed price, appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust. The data shows steady transaction volume but offers no basis, absent prior-period figures, to call the market especially active or quiet.
