Belmont home sales range from $500,000 to $2.7 million in late summer

Belmont recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Nine disclosed sale prices ranging from $500,000 to $2,725,000, with a median of $1,500,000. The month's top sale was 72 Leonard St. at $2,725,000, sold by BAR LLC to Leader Bank National Association. No street recorded more than one arm's-length sale, though 35 Chester Rd. logged two no-price trust transfers.
