Belmont Deed Records Show $8 Million Sale Among 15 August-September Transfers
Belmont recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds data. Seven listed a sale price, ranging from $1,210,000 to $8,000,000, with a median of $1,630,000. The period's top sale was 504 Concord Ave. at $8 million, sold by Stephen C. and Elizabeth Q. Knight to Nominee Trust Services LLC. Eight transfers, mostly trust and family transfers, had no price recorded as of this report. Sales spanned single-family homes and at least one condominium unit, with no single street accounting for more than one transaction.
