More than half the recorded transfers, nine of 17, involved overlapping buyer and seller names, consistent with trust or estate transfers, and none of those included a recorded price. Condo units accounted for at least six of the period's transfers. With most prices not yet recorded, the data shows a wide range but limited basis for broader pricing conclusions.
