Belmont's Highest Disclosed Sale Price Reaches $3 Million on Tyler Road

BELMONT -- The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 19 property transfers in Belmont between July 3 and Aug. 1, 2026, led by a $3 million sale on Tyler Road. Of the 19 transactions, 10 included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $710,000 to $3 million.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Belmont recorded 19 property transfers over the four-week period. Among the 10 sales with a disclosed price, the median was $1,510,000, and prices ranged from $710,000 for a condominium unit on Leslie Road to $3 million for a single-family home on Tyler Road. The remaining nine transactions, nearly half of the total, did not include a disclosed consideration amount in the deed record. A significant share of those undisclosed transfers involved the same individuals appearing as both seller and buyer, typically moving property into a trust, which limits how much the overall count reflects open-market activity.
