Chair Casey Williams, Vice Chair Elliot Daniels, and Full Members Alexandra Danahy, Teresa MacNutt, and Carol Berberian unanimously approved Stephan Evans' request for a rear setback reduction from 28.7 feet to 20.9 feet under section 4.2.2A-7. The Board tabled action on Lauren Monovich's second-floor addition at 39 Thomas Street and continued Susan Quan's porch-enclosure case at 69-71 Slade Street to March 2 pending setback measurements and plot plan correction.
The Board also reviewed Chair Williams' draft short-term rental criteria for the Planning Board, focusing on registration, residency verification, annual renewal fees, and fire-safety inspections including carbon monoxide detection.
