Public Library Building Committee approves invoices, change order totaling $70,136 in January

Belmont Public Library Building Committee approves invoices and change order as project nears completion. Chair Clair Colburn guided the committee through unanimous approval of $1.32 million in invoices from CHA, Oudens Ello Architecture, G&R Construction, and UTS, along with three additional services proposals totaling $33,191. The committee also unanimously approved G&R Construction Change Order 17 for $70,136 covering twenty modifications including stair glass, signage, landscaping, and interior improvements.
The project reached substantial completion on January 6, 2026, and is running approximately $500,000 under its $39.5 million budget.
