Chair Mark Paolillo and the seven-member committee, including Vice Chair Roy Epstein, Patrice Garvin, Jill Geiser, Didier Moise, Tom Browne, and Mauro Lance, unanimously voted to convene in executive session under Massachusetts law to protect candidate confidentiality and encourage qualified applicants.
