BELMONT — Police Chief Screening Committee holds closed-session interviews for chief applicants. Chair Mark Paolillo and the seven-member committee, including Vice Chair Roy Epstein, Patrice Garvin, Jill Geiser, Didier Moise, Tom Browne, and Mauro Lance, unanimously voted to convene in executive session under Massachusetts law to protect candidate confidentiality and encourage qualified applicants. The committee spent four hours interviewing and evaluating candidates.
No votes on individual applicants were recorded, and the next meeting is set for February 5, 2026.
