Belmont Municipal Light Board pursues formal agreement on $5.5M incinerator site cap. The board reached consensus on seeking legal counsel and negotiating a Memorandum of Understanding with town administration to address the ash-pile cap at the former incinerator site, exceeding current available funding by $2 million.
