Belmont Library Building Committee approves $1.9 million in invoices and construction change order. Chair Clair Colburn led the committee through unanimous approval of seven invoices totaling approximately $1.9 million, including $977,881.08 to Creative Office Resources for installed furniture and $135,575 to G&R for March construction work. The committee also unanimously authorized G&R Change Order Number 21 for $14,282 covering five individual change requests.
Treasurer Sally Martin reported total donated funds of $5.7 million against projected expenses of $38.7 million through March, with an anticipated positive balance of approximately $1 million at project completion.
