BELMONT — Land Management Committee for Lone Tree Hill unanimously approved two Nunez Landscaping proposals totaling $5,570 for seasonal trail mowing and Concord Avenue vegetation cutting. The committee also approved dog waste signage for placement at four kiosks, the Mill Street Parking Lot, and the Coal Road gate, with the Department of Public Works asked to provide cost estimates. Trail map sign placement was approved following a review process, and the committee unanimously authorized removal of Tibetan flags from the property after confirming that existing town bylaw already prohibits posting on the land.
