Housing Trust · Meeting of March 10, 2026

Belmont Housing Trust unanimously backs administrative changes to inclusionary zoning, with Fall 2026 Town Meeting target. The seven-member Trust, led by Judie Feins, Rachel Heller, Michael McNamara, Gloria Leipzig, Meg Clough, Sally Sennott, and Karen Bauerle, approved a $1,600 contract with LDS Consulting for SHI home ownership monitoring in fiscal year 2026 (Heller recused); the Office of Planning and Building will absorb costs beginning FY27.
