Belmont Cultural Council reviews grant procedures and community feedback. Chair Vicki Amalfitano and Treasurer Annette Goodro led discussion of the four required Massachusetts Cultural Council forms and state grant procedures. The council reviewed community survey results showing resident interest in town-wide festivals, performances, and school-based programs.
Members discussed whether the council could establish its own grant priorities and agreed to explore the possibility of a committee-sponsored grant program.
