Belmont's Comprehensive Capital Budget Committee deferred the Harris Field light placement, freeing $250,000 in capital budget funds. Chair Chris Doyle and the committee reviewed a $720,000 carpeting project at Butler School and vehicle procurement requests, including a 2021 Tahoe for the fire department and an F-350 for another department. Town Accountant Donna Tuccinardi advised that lease agreements exceeding three years require Town Meeting approval.
