Belmont Board of Assessors signs $137.4 million FY2026 real estate tax warrant and related commitments. The Board authorized $137,422,494.02 in real estate taxes, $1,413,366.39 in personal property taxes, and an additional $2.1 million in municipal liens and the Community Preservation Act Surcharge. Members Mr.
Dargan, Mr. Paolillo, Mr. Leccese, and Ms.
Donna Tuccinardi also signed a motor vehicle excise warrant for $82,120.02 and reviewed abatement procedures with newly appointed member Paolillo. The Board unanimously approved previous meeting minutes.
