Belmont retirement board posts director job before Martin departure

BELMONT — The Belmont Contributory Retirement Board unanimously voted to post its director position as Joseph Martin plans fall retirement. The board will advertise on the PERAC Website and through Massachusetts Municipal Accounting, Auditors and Accountants, and Treasurers and Collectors websites to allow time for transition. It also unanimously approved the CBIZ 2024 Audited Financial Statement with no significant findings and the 2025 Annual Statement.
The consent agenda included three new member enrollments and two transfers, plus approval of a retirement application for Divino Roza, a Custodian with 10 years of service effective July 5.
