Belmont CPC approves prior minutes; coordinator transition underway

Belmont Community Preservation Committee approves prior minutes amid staffing shifts. The CPC voted unanimously to approve October 8, 2025 minutes (7-0-0) and approved November 12, 2025 minutes 6-0-1, with Peter Olagunju abstaining. CPC Coordinator Matthew Haskell is stepping down, with successor Jake Silveria beginning in March or April and taking full responsibility in July 2026; Renee Guo also departed as Planning Board liaison, with Thayer Donham replacing her.

The committee awaits clarification on FY2026 project bid reserves by end of March to guide FY2027 funding decisions.
