Belmont Community Preservation Committee approves prior minutes amid staffing shifts. CPC Coordinator Matthew Haskell is stepping down, with successor Jake Silveria beginning in March or April and taking full responsibility in July 2026; Renee Guo also departed as Planning Board liaison, with Thayer Donham replacing her.
